Challenges are often a part of life. It’s how we flow around these challenges that determine how well we can cope with our chosen path. Does a river go through a mountain? It flows around the mountain. Sometimes you have to be like a river and flow around the difficult terrain on your path. While writing my book, not a whole lot of money was coming in, and even when impossible things seem to arise, I always found a way around an issue by detaching myself from my circumstances and being open to any opportunity that enabled me to flow around my problems.
Life is far from perfect, and there are no completely perfect people, but I am telling you losing hope is the biggest waste of time. Feeling hopeless is a trap of the ego. Hopelessness arrives when you are attached to a way of thinking about how your life should go. Your expectations will always fall short. It’s time to stop controlling your life, observing what is, and let go of ownership of the outcome. Let the universe do the heavy lifting and just keep doing your best. When you keep picking yourself up and continue to move forward, miraculous results will appear before an open heart.
